The Department of Revenue has proposed rules to implement the STAR Bond legislation contained in Public Act 96-0939. If you have thoughts about the proposed rules, we would like to hear from you.
Within these proposed rules the language from the statute is in italics while the clarifications that the department has added are in normal font. The clarifications follow the five principles outlined to community leaders on August 23.
